Hi there. From my perspective, that's the more unbelievable part—this casino pays out eventually, but first players are under a lot of stress due to all the complications you could see in the complaints.

I just hope the casino is going to rethink its current strategy. I really do!

I am not pleased to behave this way. But I did it to spare already very frustrated players from another wave of negativism. Occasionally, it is the only way. However, I understand that the specific player was also frustrated, and I plan to remove the restriction next month.

I agree; a few stupid mistakes, lies, and delays can, with hard efforts, be explained or vaguely tolerated. This situation, however, feels very different. 🙁

Can you describe the experience a bit more? According to what a lot of players write here, the withdrawals take an enormous amount of time. Did you also have a chance to withdraw money and if so how long did it take you?

Just for your information, they're leaving me hanging for another 14 days before paying out. They always go to extremes. Nothing happens before then.

I don't even know what to say. 

But I am very glad that you are not giving up and I firmly believe that it will have a good ending, even if it is a long one. I wish it were otherwise, but there is nothing to look forward to at the moment.

I'm staying strong...It'll take forever. There are still a few thousand to pay out. I'm definitely not touching that 😉but honestly, the joy of this win is gone.

I've only received 2,000 in payouts since April 16th. 500 each. Since May 17th, I've been waiting for the next 1,500. It's a disaster. If they had at least stuck to 7,000 per month, I would have been happy. The main thing is that I'll be done with payouts by Christmas. :)

You are definitely doing very well, absolutely don't take any bonus no matter how good it looks and don't gamble with money. It will probably be a long time before you get everything but eventually I believe you will get the money. If you decide to play exactly as you say, it may be a casino tactic to make you lose or to apply a bonus to the money and then there will only be more problems. 

If you stick it out, in the end you will be the only one happy, although as you said, the joy of winning is probably not there anymore and it won't be.😕
