Hello.
Based on what I saw, the player managed to resolve his issue with the delayed withdrawal and seems to have received his funds in the end, as the case was closed as resolved on our side.
You mentioned that you have the same issue and are also waiting for your money. I would be interested to know a little more about your situation.
How long have you been waiting for your withdrawal? Do you also have three pending withdrawals, like the player you mentioned?
Feel free to share a bit more information, for example whether the casino required any verification from you, or if you are simply waiting for the withdrawals to be processed.
The most important thing for now is how long you have already been waiting.
Hello,
Thank you for your reply. I've been waiting for three withdrawals since July 3rd. After about a week, I was asked to provide three things for verification, which I uploaded immediately. Then, I was mistakenly asked for proof of a credit card that was never used for deposits. I've been waiting for a response to that for a week now.
I have an additional €38,500 credit balance in the account.
I would say you have already been waiting quite a long time. I understand that this may be partly due to the verification process, because if your verification is not successful, you won't be able to withdraw your money. So I think this is the priority at the moment, and I would focus on getting your verification successfully completed.
That being said, I find it a little strange that the casino only requested all the documents after a week. I would say that this unnecessarily prolonged the process, as I think they could have requested all the documents needed for verification much earlier.
You also mentioned that they requested a document or card that you apparently never used to make a deposit. That doesn't seem particularly logical from the casino's side either.
However, since you already have a complaint open, we'll see how the whole case develops. I really hope that once you are verified, you'll be able to withdraw everything you have won without any further issues.
Fingers crossed for you.🤞
Thanks for the reply.
I don't understand why they're dragging this process out. They're stalling. I've asked the casino many times why it's taking so long, but I only get standard answers about why my verification is taking so long. How can I speed this up?
I don’t think there’s really anything you can do to speed up the process. The main thing you can do is provide the casino with everything they ask for as soon as possible. That’s about all you can do on your end, and after that, you’ll probably just have to wait for the casino.
Hello, I can see that you’ve already opened a complaint, and our team has explained that you’ll need to wait for the two-week timeframe we normally give casinos to resolve this kind of issue.
Could you perhaps let me know whether you’ve already asked the casino why the process is taking longer than expected? Did they give you any specific reason for the delay, or did you have to do anything on your end to receive the money, such as completing verification?
Hi, thanks for sharing your opinion. What kind of problem did you personally have with the casino? Was it perhaps a withdrawal delay or something similar?
As for the Safety Index, several different factors are taken into account. Complaints are certainly an important part of it, and this casino seems to resolve most of them. At the moment, it only has one unresolved complaint, so I’d say that’s one of the reasons why its Safety Index is still holding up fairly well.
Hi, thank you for the response.
My main issue with this casino is a significant withdrawal delay. I requested a payout of €500 on August 23, 2026, and until now, it has not been processed or credited to my account.
My account is fully verified, and I have followed all the necessary verification steps and rules. Whenever I follow up with their customer support, I only receive generic responses asking me to wait longer, without any clear explanation or timeline for when I will receive my funds.
A delay of more than a week without a valid reason feels like a stalling tactic, which is why I believe their Safety Index should reflect these kinds of player experiences. I hope you can help me look into this case.
We generally give casinos up to 14 days to process a player’s withdrawal. If you’ve already completed verification successfully, that’s certainly a good sign, and hopefully now it’s mainly a matter of waiting for the money to arrive.
Of course, it’s possible that the casino is simply delaying things, but sometimes the reason isn’t entirely on the casino’s side. A withdrawal queue, a third-party payment provider, or the payment method itself can all play a role in how long the process takes.
I do have one question, though. I can see that you opened a complaint about what appears to be the same issue you’re describing here. However, you’re posting here under Mafia Casino, while your complaint was submitted against Millioner Casino.
Could you please clarify which casino you’re actually having this problem with?
Hi Admin sorry for the confusion. To clarify, my official complaint is against Millioner Casino, which has a low trust score. Because of that low score, I decided to switch and log in to Mafia Casino because I saw it has a very high trust rating here on Casino Guru.
However, I noticed that despite the difference in ratings, both casinos operate the same way and both make it very difficult to process withdrawals. That is why I am posting here under Mafia Casino. Thank you for your help
Sure, please make sure that anything related to a different casino is posted in the specific thread dedicated to that casino.
So, if I understand you correctly, you’re experiencing the same kind of problems with Mafia Casino as well?
If so, how long have you been waiting for the money from Mafia Casino?
I won €320,000 at Mafia Casino, but they won't pay out. You can only withdraw a maximum of three times in installments of €500, and then you have to wait forever. I don't know if anyone can help me get my money back. €30,000 isn't a small amount.
The end of the story is that I didn't receive three €500 payments after three weeks, and since it was already clear they wouldn't pay out, I turned €30,000 into €70,000 and then gambled it all away with maximum stakes until I lost it. WARNING: DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY MONEY AT MAFIA CASINOS, IT'S A SCAM! ‼️
I can understand why you're angry after waiting three weeks for those withdrawals, especially with such a large balance sitting in the account.
There is an important distinction we need to make here, though.
If the three €500 withdrawals are still pending and have never been paid or returned to your balance, then those €1,500 are still a concrete unresolved withdrawal issue. Three weeks is already longer than the 14-day period we normally allow for withdrawals, so that is something we can potentially help you look into.
The €30,000 that you then played up to around €70,000 and eventually lost is a different matter. If those funds were available in your balance and you continued wagering them, we generally can't treat the later gambling losses as money the casino still owes simply because the withdrawals were taking too long.
So before going further, could you clarify what happened to the three €500 withdrawal requests? Are they still showing as pending and unpaid, were they cancelled and returned to your balance, or did the casino eventually pay them?
Thank you for the quick reply. Since I've given up hope that this casino will ever pay out, I still have €1000 pending. However, that was only three days ago. I will now wait the 14-day period and let you know if I've received the money. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Sincerely, Nik Reinprecht
Alright. Most importantly, as I said before, don’t give up.
If the casino ultimately doesn’t pay you, we can still try to help. The casino does respond to complaints, so there is definitely some chance that the situation can be resolved and you’ll receive your money.
Quite often, patience is one of the most important things in cases like this, even though I know waiting isn’t easy, patience is almost every time needed. 🙂
