Yes, that’s exactly what’s surprising Kubo, and he mentioned it in your complaint, that the casino is responding to other complaints, but yours has somehow been overlooked, even though it’s not clear why. I believe that once Kubo figures it out and finds out more, he’ll let you know. Hopefully, the whole thing will be resolved.

Yes, but it's been quite a while since we've been trying to contact them, and they're not answering us either? Because I highly doubt it's good for their reputation to do this.

Could it be that they don't want to resolve something, or that they're not receiving the communications?

I'm just asking for it to be done quickly, as I think quite a bit of time has passed, and if it's not, I'd like to know who I need to contact to take this to the appropriate place.

Kubo will explain to you whether, even if this isn't resolved, there's a possibility of taking the case elsewhere. For now, I'd wait for the complaint to be resolved and then think about what to do next.

I don't know why the casino isn't responding to you specifically; as I said, it's strange. But I'm confident that Kubo will be able to reason with them and everything will work out.
