Hello, I want to file a formal complaint against this casino, Mafia Casino. I am banned and I have problems with gambling. This casino not only let me open the account, but I also realized this and asked for my account to be deleted. I told them I am a gambling addict and they haven't closed my account. Therefore, I demand that they return my 2,750 euros that I deposited there due to my addiction problem.

May I ask when you wrote to them that you have gambling problems, please?

The thing is that they actually wouldn't be able to know it if you didn't mention it before, unfortunately.

I asked for it when I registered and before depositing I asked for my account to be deleted and I said I am a gambling addict. It has happened to me on other sites and the account has been deleted and blocked imminently and until now they still haven't done it and they don't even pay attention to me. For this reason I ask for a refund of all the money I have deposited. I have all the messages and emails to prove it.

Mafia Casino does not respect responsible gaming principles. Not only do they not have any responsible gaming measures in place, but I have repeatedly written to them over the past few days asking to close my account and self-exclude, and they have yet to do so. Luckily I have enough self-control not to spend any more money, but by not adhering to their own terms and conditions (their website says they’ll close your account within 24 hours of receiving said request) they’re preying on vulnerable gamblers.

That must be really hard, for sure.

they emailed me saying they closed my account; but no mention of exclusion. When I try to log in to see if my account is still active it says it’s "under review". So yes, if you could please intervene I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Mate, always check if there are self exclusion things available like deposit or session length limits, I have also learned this lesson paying dearly in other places.
