I won approximately €40,000 at Mafia Casino and had been fighting for over a month to get a payout. With your help, the first withdrawal was finally processed.

Mafia Casino now states a withdrawal limit of €7,000 per calendar month. Today is September 21st, but so far I have only received €1,500. Another €1,500 has been in the withdrawal process since September 14th.

This clearly means the payout limit specified by the casino is not being adhered to. I therefore ask Casino Guru to contact Mafia Casino again and request a payout in accordance with the stated limit, or to ask the casino to adjust its stated limits.

When exactly did you submit the $600 request, which payment method did you use, and is your account fully verified? Has anything changed since you posted?

We generally allow up to 14 calendar days for withdrawals, particularly a first withdrawal involving verification. That isn’t a guaranteed payment deadline or a requirement to wait in every situation. For now, please leave the request pending rather than cancelling it and returning the money to play.

I mean, someone would be discouraged also with couple of days but in my opinion it's nothing horrible.
