Here on forum you refunded a player that you accuse of the same thing as me.

His situation was different from yours. We submitted a comment on this thread with detailed information related to his complaint. It is currently pending review by casino guru before being made public.

Stop the cap please. Check the screenshot. You accuse him of the exact same thing. Why cant you accept this and just give my deposit back? I tell you why. Because you dont want to admit that you made a mistake and also because it was a bigger amount and you wanted to steal it. Also first time you replied you told me the other people played with bigger bets, which was another lie from your side. They did not played with bigger bets. You accuse them of doing the same thing you accused me of doing. But you only send them back what they deposited because it was a very low amount of $.

Do what is fair in this situation and send me back what i deposited. Dont steal my money. If you refunded other players, refund all of them. Thats what a serious casino would do.

We would kindly ask you to please open up a formal dispute with casino guru to resolve this. Also, you will be able to see without any doubt that the player we refunded had an extremely different situation than yours which involved in-game bonus buys during bonus play and not stashing progressions.

The user claimed stage 1 of the 420% welcome bonus on Mar 6, 2026, 12:18 AM, after making their first deposit. During bonus play on multiple occasions the user purchased in-game bonus buys which is a violation to our bonus terms and can be viewed in the gameplay restrictions section of the terms here

GAMEPLAY RESTRICTIONS During active bonus play from any deposit tier, the maximum permitted bet per spin or hand is $6. Bonus buy features on slot games are strictly prohibited while bonus funds are active. Any in-game progression or accumulated features (including progressive multipliers, collected symbols, and bonus meters) built during active bonus play are void upon bonus cancellation or completion. Using bonus funds to power up game features and then switching to real money play is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of winnings. Players may not participate in any platform challenges or tournaments during bonus play.

Here is a snapshot from the game provider showcasing one instance of this where the player had a base bet of $0.60 and used an in-game bonus buy multiplier to bet $1.80 which is against our terms.

Here is an example we replicated of what the exact bonus buy looks like from the player perspective. They must explicitly select the bonus buy icon in the bottom left corner of the page and pay to activate it. In the case of the player he had a $0.60 base bet and chose the $1.80 bonus buy.

Its the same thing(check the screenshot). You just try to find excuses. First you say they play higher bets then 10$ (which was impossible), now you say its a bonus buy thing. You decided to scam me of my deposit because its a big amount and i understand that. A dispute wont solve anything since you decided to scam me. Enjoy my 800$!

You do acknowledge that you attempted to exploit our bonus system with Take The Bank you built progressions during bonus play at $3, $6, and $10 bet levels and Snakes and Ladders Megadice you built at $2 $2.10 $2.50 and $2.80 bet levels which you then converted to real money play by forfeiting your bonus, making a new deposit, and extracting the stashed progressions, and this resulted in your account being blocked and banned.

Its bonus abuse in both cases, so since u gave him deposited money back, you should do the same with me. But you are big scammers, so you wont.

Please submit your complaint if you feel that you are right, and our team will investigate it. Without the investigation, we are unable to know or to suggest how the casino should act in your case.

We are always against any violation of rules, and every casino should act as they have written in their terms if such behavior occurs.
