I understand why you feel frustrated about the outcome of your complaint, especially because there is an important part of the evidence that we are able to review but that we cannot publicly share with you. I can also understand why, from your perspective, this can make the situation feel very one-sided. When a player is told that the casino provided evidence against them, but cannot see that evidence themselves, it is certainly easy to feel that something is simply being taken at face value.
However, from our side, we cannot reasonably argue against evidence that the casino has provided if that evidence supports its position. At the same time, the fact that we accepted the casino's evidence does not mean that your case can never be revisited.
If you believe that the situation was different from what the casino presented, you are always welcome to come back to your complaint with evidence that supports your position. For example, if you can demonstrate that the accounts were not connected in the way claimed, or that there is another explanation for the information provided by the casino, that is something we can consider.
Without such additional evidence, however, there is unfortunately not much we can factually respond to. I completely respect that you may feel angry, disappointed, or even convinced that we handled your case incorrectly. You are entitled to express that opinion. But statements such as saying that Casino Guru is a scam or that we are "in cahoots" with casinos are accusations that cannot really be addressed or investigated without something factual behind them.
The issue was not simply that the casino made an allegation that we blindly accepted. The complaint was investigated, and the information provided by the casino supported the conclusion that there were linked accounts. Moreover, even in the discussion before the decision, your own concern was not that the concept of a second account was impossible, but rather that the platform should have prevented you from opening another account or warned you that an account already existed.
So I do understand where your frustration is coming from, and I am not asking you to agree with our decision. I am simply asking that, if you want to challenge it further, you bring new evidence rather than repeating the accusation.
For that reason, I will remove further posts of this kind if they are simply repeating accusations that cannot be supported or addressed factually. This is not about preventing you from criticizing us or disagreeing with the outcome of your complaint. It is about keeping the forum constructive and giving us something concrete to respond to.
