Hello ad thank you for your review!

I will update JozefK about the license, I'm not sure whether this WLA license can be applied to the casino as well.

The last structural check was in February 2022 and no license was added. 🤔

Hello,

so according to our findings, this WLA license is only applied to lottery games, it does not substitute the gambling license, hence this casino is unlicensed when it comes to casino games.

there is a mistake in the description

"Doesn't accept players from Canada"

Quebec Is not a Country, its a Province that belongs to Canada.

So the description should be, it does not allow players from outside Quebec Province Inside Canada.

About the licence, where did you get the information about the licence for gambling? im still waiting for their response by email, because on their social media they ignored completely the request for the licence for gambling (slot machines and online casino slot machines).

In other Hand i found the Licence for Slot Machines but not for lotoquebec casino chain. But for another Casino Network in the Provice (Indian Casino, known as Playground) Located inside the Indian Reserve here in Quebec province a few miles away from Montreal.

I can see You both are heading thesame way, she said the casino is unlicensed but its license applies to lottery games.

Meaning it only has a lottery license but does not have a casino license.

Fres News People!

I have an explanation from the Quebec Lottery and Casino HEadQuarters about how their licenses work and their limitations.

I will paste the explanation here Translated into English.

Hello,

A colleague informed me of a question you asked on our page.

I do not personally know the details of this standard, but I asked the question, and here is the answer I was given.

In Canada, under the Criminal Code, only the provinces are authorized to operate games of chance and money, whether land-based or virtual. In Quebec, Loto-Québec has been mandated by the government to operate games of chance and money, including online games. It is therefore by virtue of the law and not of a license that Loto-Québec offers games of chance and money online.

As for the certification awarded by the WLA, it concerns responsible gaming and confirms that Loto-Québec has integrated into its daily activities standards concerning the protection of customers and vulnerable groups, collaboration with stakeholders and information of the public. and players. For more information, you can consult Certification of the WLA – The Company – Loto-Québec (lotoquebec.com)

Loto-Québec is authorized by the province to operate gambling in Quebec only, not internationally. To play online, you must be in Quebec territory.

I hope that answers your question.

Regards.

Does anyone know if Loto Quebec limits winning sports bettors on there Mise-O-Jeu product? I get that they only have $200 bet limits to begin with, but do they limit customers even further?

Honestly, this is far from my bits of knowledge. I'll try to find someone more suitable among our external testers from Canada. Just mind, it usually takes some time till someone responds here directly. 🙂

Hello, what do you mean by try to find someone more suitable ? I live in Quebec Province , literally 10min away from the Casino (In ground casino). And also i play online at lotoquebec.com online.

Are you looking for testers in This province ? i did one job for casino gurú, but i got complicated and missed the documentation to continue sending other test i did.

cheers.

Nope. there is no limits. As the casino belongs to the government(Loto Quebec), all the money always come back to the city. The PlayGround(Indian Casino) owned by the Native Community-i think- works the same.
