Hello. I needed to provide address and phone number. I registred account 6 months ago and was succesfully playing. On 12th of march i won money, made withdrawals. They was pending for week. They asked me kyc which i have supplied documents. The main thing is that i do own house in UK and i have all documentation as proof of adress. But i do work for medical company which have branch in Germany with accomondation provided. Most of the time i do live in Germany. I know that they not accept players from UK but also you cant open while in UK legiano site as UK not supporting it. So there is no way to play from UK.

I was playing whilst im in Germany with no issues. Then yesterday they closed my account because im from UK. May sound little funny but im living in between 2 countries and my passport issued in third one. They no longer responding me and deducted all my winings. And yes Germany is not restricted county to play.
