Hello, I understand that the card expiration was probably added wrongly. As far as I know, I was never required to fill in the card expiration date while withdrawing, so this news sounds surprising to me. I'm not sure the casino has to do that either, but I guess they could fix it now that the problem is known thanks to your efforts.
In any case, to me it seems that the bank explained the problem; that's a positive development. You mentioned that you sent an email a few days ago, and honestly, they need to resolve that. You know, we have no direct way of resolving something like this immediately; first of all, the casino has 14 full days to find solutions on their own. May I know how long you have been dealing with this matter, please?
