Somehow I really suspect that it wasn't a mistake. I've sent at least 10 emails and so far only one account has been closed. 😃 Most systems are perfect and what makes it so unbelievable is this 300% bonus that you get sent by email (that's pretty high for a bonus). Ps: I wish I'd never played in a casino, that's really annoying 😬 (especially when you've had peace for months and had nothing to do with it) Ps: it's crazy how many casinos this rabidi nv owns 🙈 and how stupid of me to have played on so many of them. Ps: thanks for the lovely message, luckily I don't feel any desire to play right now 🍀✌🏻
That's the best way to stay and you won't have any desire to play again. I believe not everyone would have such a strong will. Certainly you shouldn't get caught up in something like taking such bonuses, I'd like to know what other requirements they have in order for you to fulfill it. Anyway, I like that you are aware.😉
Now they're also sending me text messages... this time it was Sportaza Casino (also Rabidi NV)... I wrote an email and spoke to support asking them to please close my accounts, but I always get the same answer: they'll forward it and ask for patience... I have no idea what the sales conditions are, to see that I would have had to agree to the new terms and conditions and I didn't want to do that... so you have a little picture of the situation... Kind regards ✌🏻

that was the answer about technical errors 🙈 and the advertising that I get daily from their casinos. I think I have zero chance of closing all accounts... they have the upper hand but I'll try 🍀 I won't play anymore ✌🏻🌻 best wishes
They should definitely not send any bonuses to players, certainly not to those who have been self-excluded. Even if it was a system error, you are not responsible for it and it seems to me that it is not desirable to have bonuses via email or sms along with a technical error.
Anyway, as I said, if you have any problem you know that you can use our services. 🙂
That's really sweet but there are about 15 accounts and I have already contacted all of them (that has already cost me too much time). They don't want to close the accounts, I will now ignore and block their emails... but thank you very much anyway 🙏 🌻ps: I totally agree with you Jaro and it was nice to hear from you again 🍀🙋♀️
Hello there.
I would like to ask first when exactly you requested the withdrawal, please, just to be better informed.
Please know that our complaint team is unable to intervene before the 14-day time period passes, so there will be some waiting needed for sure.
Now to the error you got when trying to submit a complaint. Please try to use some different browser when submitting it. That should hopefully help. Sometimes it is even good to use the incognito window as well.
Surely let us know if it helped so we can be sure everything is okay and you are able to file a complaint.
I'm in the same situation. I opened an account, made a deposit, and earned €5,500 without any bonus (in fact, I waived the bonus because I knew it would only cause problems). I requested three withdrawals of €500 last week and am still waiting.
I'm clear that I'm not going to play until I withdraw the entire amount... even if it takes 2 months...
They usually pay out, but very late each time (between 8-14 days). I understand they do this intentionally so you end up gambling and losing money, something that has happened to me at casinos in this group. In December, I won €12,000 and it took me until the end of February to withdraw €9,000. I ended up losing the remaining €3,000 out of desperation...
I've contacted every casino and they still haven't blocked my accounts... hey Jaro, look 🙈 7 texts at once and Legiano is in there again... wow, exhausting 😥 all the Rabidi NV casinos again... can I file a complaint against all of them at once? Or does it have to be done individually? Otherwise, I'd think twice about it 🤔 best wishes and hope you're well 🌻✌🏻
