I was a first-time depositor, and their official website clearly states that the sports bonus is available up to 40,000 HUF. I deposited 48,000 HUF, played 8,000 HUF in the casino, and used 40,000 HUF exactly for sports betting as described on their website. According to the rules, after the bet is settled, I can request the bonus – which I did.

However, they refused to give it to me, claiming that I did not wager the full deposit amount. But if the maximum bonus is 40,000 HUF, then logically that is the "full amount" required for the bonus.

If even the welcome bonus is only given after making a second deposit, then this is clearly unfair practice. I requested my account to be deleted, and I encourage everyone to avoid this casino, because in my experience they are completely unreliable.

So it is not about the deposit being wagered but rather about a bonus that is not (according to the casino support) fully wagered.

In this case, I would check whether this specific bonus is also available for sports betting, because almost every casino bonus is not applicable to sports betting at all or the contribution is lowered.

For example:

"Some types of games have a decreased contribution towards the wagering requirements: Slots 100%, Bingo 100%, Keno 100%, Scratch cards 100%, Blackjack 10%, Live games 10%, Table games 10%, Jackpot games 0%."

If you were discussing the withdrawal with customer support or in a chat, I believe someone would inform you of the specifics anyway. I'm still trying to identify what could possibly happen but the casino staff must know for sure.

Yes, according to support there is a delay, but unfortunately no specific reason has been given. It wasn't bonus money. Legiano states 3-5 days.
