I made the withdrawal on July 31st. The only information I received was an email I sent them stating that processing had to be completed by August 5th at the latest, but that still hasn't happened.
They didn't request any further documentation from me. So the support team said everything was fine, it was just a delay.

I would like to join this discussion because I’m currently facing a very similar issue with Legiano Casino.
I requested a withdrawal to the same card I used for deposit. My account is fully verified, and there have been no further verification requests or issues from my side.
At first, I was receiving automated responses saying there were "many requests being processed," but I quickly noticed these were exactly the same replies other users here mentioned before.
After that, all communication stopped completely. The casino has ignored all my emails – even those sent to their VIP support address. None of my withdrawal requests have been processed for over a week now.
It’s disappointing and frustrating, especially because I had no idea this could happen when I decided to give it a try. I’m sharing this so other players are aware of the current situation.
