I wonder how this casino has a "high safety rating" on casino guru, when all the reviews are from users who have waited literally months to receive money. I will not play a single cent of these winnings, I prefer to leave them there, or at least receive them sooner or later in some way.

I'm going to file a complaint now because waiting 14 days again seems excessive, considering how these casinos work. I already told Kingmaker that I want them to comply with their €7,000 per month withdrawal rule, and I hope they do.
Update on the status of my withdrawals:
I still haven't received a single euro, in live chat they even answer me that "they are working for me", after almost a month I have not received a single explanation for this nonsense. I can understand two weeks, even if it is absolutely not conceivable, but getting to a month is an absurdity. I made a request here on casino guru, I wanted to know if there was any news about it.

I would like to inform you that two of my withdrawals have arrived, after exactly 21 working days of waiting, almost a month. I still have 1700 euros to withdraw and a withdrawal of 500 euros pending for 10 days. Today I made another withdrawal of 500 euros, probably the same times will pass, that is almost a month, for each withdrawal.

Hi Mirka, I'd like to let you know that I have three withdrawals pending again, and they're past the payment deadline. The Live Chat tells me the same thing as last time, that there are delays due to the volume of withdrawals. It's always the same excuse.
1- I only want Kingmaker Casino to pay the €7000 limit that I have each month.
2- I see that without a complaint they don't pay.
3- I find it stressful to be like this every time I want to withdraw my money.
4- I have €13,000 left to withdraw. At this rate, will I be withdrawing my money for 6-7 months? I don't think it's normal or legal for me to withdraw my winnings from March until October. Therefore, I want Kingmaker Casino to commit to paying me €7,000 of my winnings each month, as the withdrawal limit they have established. I want Guru Casino to mediate and resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you.
Unfortunately Casino Guru policy is that they give the casino at least 14 days before you can file a complaint. I don't think they can change that, we can only hope to receive them within the 14 business days.
