Hello to the community,

Since I don't want to repeat myself regarding my "personal mission", all foreign online casinos that offer their services in Austria demonstrably illegally due to a lack of license, here is the link to my post at another casino (WINSPIRIT):

https://de.casino.guru/forum/casinos/winspirit-casino---generelle-diskussion/2#post-97846

Of course, JUSTBIT also operates illegally (in this case it's even more blatant, because the casino has already demonstrably made me a settlement offer, which is clearly tantamount to an admission of guilt, but I turned it down out of full conviction), but what else is added here is simple What is unbelievable is the fact that the following scenario occurred during a withdrawal:

Instead of the requested 1500 euros, only a third (!!!) was transferred to me, with the excuse or proven LIE that my bank does not accept incoming money over 500 euros! Yes, I actually have this statement in writing!!! Of course, to be on the safe side, I immediately contacted my bank and they clearly confirmed that this was complete nonsense and that I could receive unlimited amounts of money!

But anyone who thinks that this was the only cheek in this payout is mistaken, because the transfer was actually made by a PRIVATE PERSON, which is why I couldn't assign it for days and actually assumed it was an incorrect transfer!

Yes, actually - an international online casino carries out payouts by private individuals and at the latest the question arises as to whether there might be tax evasion, money laundering or other illegal activities behind it...

Of course, I can fully prove all of this, because slander and insinuations do not belong in a forum!

Of course, due to all of these machinations by JUSTBIT, a lawsuit will be filed by me and every single one of these incredible events will be the subject of the legal proceedings. The fact that JUSTBIT will be convicted and held accountable is as certain as the amen in prayer and immediately after the court decision I will of course post all the details here, because first and foremost I want any other affected users to be able to benefit from this information and at the same time I would also like to warn you about this casino so that if possible no one experiences what I had to endure myself.

Until then, I wish all players a lot of fun and, ideally, much success at all online casinos that adhere to the law, do not shy away from payouts and, above all, operate transparently and seriously!

Hello, I see what problems you have with the withdrawal and I wanted to recommend you a complaint with us if you were interested. However, I also noticed that you took the bait and want to go straight to lawsuit, which of course will probably take longer than a complaint with us could. Of course, that was just my idea and I won't push you into anything.

However, as for the withdrawal itself, did the casino tell you why they only sent 500 and why they are giving you the excuse that they can't send more because of the bank ? I would have thought that was silly from the start too.

Anyway, let us know if you decide to go with us after all.

Hello Jaro,

Thank you for your feedback and also for the offer regarding a complaint, but this is about much more than "just" the payout (of course the excuse was absolutely silly and of course I didn't believe it from the start and so went to the bank straight away asked, who confirmed to me that this statement is absolutely wrong)!

Among other things, it's also about: I mentioned that JUSTBIT is not allowed to operate in Austria (like all other foreign casinos) because only one valid license has been issued in Austria, as there are very strict player protection laws that must be adhered to the foreign casinos keep ZERO!

Want to know an extreme example?

At JUSTBIT you can bet an absolutely sick 66,666 euros (!!!) per game round on an electronically controlled Black Jack "table game" (i.e. not a live casino) (if anyone doesn't believe me, I can prove it immediately with a screenshot)!

Jaro - if you don't see this as absolutely irresponsible, dubious and, above all, almost a crime when it comes to responsible gaming and player protection, and therefore condemn it as strongly as I do (and every sensible person), then I would be very surprised would be very disappointed at the same time!

THAT IS SICK !!!

And that's exactly why a complaint isn't enough here; we have to take action on a large scale, and that's what I'm going to do!

You're welcome, and I certainly understand, and I'd go ask anyway. But I haven't seen such a restriction from the bank yet, so it would seem like an excuse to me as well.

I also understand the example you added, I think it's an awful lot for one game round and I'd like to see who would have the money for it.

Anyway, since you've decided to move it further up, I'd like you to update us on how it's going if you can. Or, if you do, at least if you have managed to bring your case to a successful conclusion.

I will be curious to see how it all turns out in the end.

Good luck ☘️

I'll definitely let you know - I promise !

In the meantime, I have decided that I would like to disclose the proof of these extreme amounts, because I don't actually hate anything anymore when something is claimed that cannot be proven and is therefore often not true!

So, let's put "a little money":

Thanks for the screenshot, I think I have already commented that it is too much and I would certainly not be happy if someone lost such a huge amount of money. I hope it doesn't happen to anyone and players will be careful. I also believe that this would be mainly for those who have the money and don't care if they lose such big amount. I mean, at least I hope so. 😕

I myself once faced a withdrawal problem. The withdrawal time with cryptocurrency at casinos can vary. It depends on:

Casino: Each casino has its own rules and withdrawal procedures.

Cryptocurrencies: Transaction processing time may vary for different cryptocurrencies.

Network load: With high network load, withdrawal times may increase.

On average, cryptocurrency withdrawals take anywhere from 10 minutes to several hours. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours.

I use tether payment (USDT) to withdraw funds from casinos. Tether is a stablecoin pegged to the US dollar, which ensures its stability. I use Tether Payments for transactions as this platform has proven to be reliable and convenient. I hope my answer helps you.
