I don't think you'll receive it during this weekend, but it should certainly reach your account next week, I'd say until Wednesday, please, let us know and update your complaint as well in case you receive the winnings 🙂

I was waiting for withdrawal since Dec 10 by bank transfer. Account was verified. Then they cancelled saying there was bank glitch. I wanted to withdraw back to card but not available. Now i was asked to use crypto. Asked for more docs. Sent them twice. Withdrawal and verification both still pending. Total balance for withdraw is 1858 usd. Unresolved complaint at askg. Sent complaint to license. I needed money for Christmas and they didnt send it. Now for new years and still no money and i have to pay my credit card!!!
Hello, this casino has a very bad reputation, you can see that the other players had problems with withdrawal as well. If you already sent the complaint to the licensing authority, you've done almost everything. The last resort is taking the case to the local court, I'm afraid.
We have this information about forbidden VPN on our website as well, so I guess it's something you can find in their Terms and Conditions

I wasnt even aware if there was VPN as theres no proof. If there is why confiscate deposits? I have sent them all verification and after a month only brought this up. They should at least return the deposits but then again i am not even sure if there was VPN in place.
That's what a good casino would do. They would return the deposits, but as you can see, the casino has a rating of 2.8/10 on our website so I wouldn't expect it from them.
I threatened them with the licensing authority today and whoosh, my outstanding payment was no longer available, which shouldn't mean that they'll pay. I immediately arranged a new AZ, at 26,000 euros it will be a long number

For me it's the same! I have been waiting for my withdrawal for 6 days. First it said my account is fully verified, then after two days my payment was canceled because another document is required (a photo of my face with my passport) .. and now nothing has happened for 3 days! You can only withdraw € 500 and I won € 4000, which takes forever if everything is paid out at all. Most of all, they keep blaming you for complications. I'm curious how it will go on with you! You can only hope and always be behind. Stay friendly but direct. As soon as I have my money, I'll write a complaint to the licensor anyway. It doesn't work the way some casinos imagine it to be.
Update: 1. The payment was made on Friday (allegedly!) And is not in the account today either, although Volksbank posts quickly. This is also much faster in dozens of other casinos!
My second payout was canceled because another document is needed. This time cell phone bill .. meanwhile I have uploaded my personal ID, bank card, account statement, picture with ID in front of my face and cell phone bill. Actually there is nothing left to verify. I'll wait for it now and if nothing happens, the complaint will be sent to the licensor with all screenshots, emails and chat histories.
My payout was also canceled today! Had to upload a cell phone bill too! Even though I got an email today at 9:00 a.m. that my account was fully verified! I do not get it! If I want to withdraw the € 4000 in full, the whole thing will take until August at that rate. I have all chat histories sent to me by email! I would join you on the complaint! Update: 1. Auszahlung wurde Freitag getätigt (angeblich!) und ist heute auch nicht auf dem Konto, obwohl die Volksbank schnell bucht. Das geht in zig anderen Casinos auch viel schneller !
Meine zweite Auszahlung wurde storniert, da wieder einmal noch ein Dokument benötigt wird. Diesmal Handyrechnung .. mittlerweile hab ich Perso, Bankkarte, Kontoauszug, Bild mit Perso vorm Gesicht und Handyrechnung hochgeladen. Eigentlich bleibt ja jetzt nichts mehr über zum verifizieren. Ich warte das jetzt noch ab und wenn nichts passiert, geht die Beschwerde an den Lizenzgeber mit allen Screenshots, E-Mails und Chatverläufen auf den Weg.
