today is a really bad day for me...

I played at iwildcasino.com and deposited 100€ I got 70€ bonus.

I played Gates of Olympus and won 52.000€ - wagered the 70€ x40 and then they only gave me 350€ because thats the "max win" in there bonus terms.

I didnt only play with bonus money there also were my 100€ deposit.

I could cry..

Its like mafia.

Loosing is ok, winning dont...

It's very unfair, I won't play anymore in iwildcasino.

Hello, dear player!

I'm really sorry you feel this way. You are really not alone in this; there are others who do not understand the bonus rules and found themselves very sad due to this lack of knowledge, claiming it is unfair.

It may feel unfair to you, but the issue lies elsewhere. 🙁

Please read this thread 👈👈 I believe it is the very same situation yet occurred in a different casino.

The most important thing, if you don't mind:

Always read the terms and conditions carefully and consider whether the bonus suits your playing style.

This is exactly the reason why you need to consult the rules just to know whether it makes some sense to take the bonus.

Are you perhaps familiar with the other most usual bonus terms?

maximum bet

restricted games

wagering requirement

I suggest reading this guide to avoid another sad experience. I truly keep your best interests in mind, and I'm sorry you took the bonus so unprepared.

Let me know whether I can help you with anything else, please.

Stay away from casino that give bonus . Only at bonus you can win a lot off money and then casino hold the wins . That happened cause most casino control gaming. Forums get payed from casinos and never accept bad reviews. All system sucks ...

I believe the point is to be aware of the bonus conditions to be at least able to decide whether all the conditions are worth your money. How about trying to increase your knowledge about the bonuses and how they work instead of complaining? You seem very much convinced the casinos are responsible for your choice, but it is not that simple. Just avoid taking bonuses if you do not intend to learn along the way. That should help you a bit.

Just a note: if a forum would not allow what you call a bad review, all your posts would have been deleted. 🙂

Have a good Sunday!
