im starting to get worried🫣 after reading some other complaints its clearly that immerion casino and ybets casino are connected. They are both answering with same generic answers.

i was just reading one complaint. A guy is struggling since october 10. 2024. He provided everything they asked for, from stupid selfies, source of funds and a lots of other documents. Today they answered: "Following the recent update to our anti-fraud system, we have identified clear evidence of a duplicate player."

i mean..dude is struggling for 4 months and now they come with such a nonsense. I also saw some other complaint in which askgamblers support rejected immerions statement of duplicate accounts becouse lack of evidence. I hope they all get their money.

I have strange feeling that they will do the same to me.

what should i do in that case? I don't have any duplicates, and they already paid 13000$ from 22500$ so it would be total nonsense, but we never know..

I just know that they are totally unfair, many people lost their funds becouse of waiting and i think there is a red flag already.

after i won a was waiting one month till I received my first withdrawal. Back then, i wrote complain to Curacao egaming becouse in that time immerion was using their license. I comprehend that for you, the conclusion is unambiguous. For me, for example, it is not. Especially if you stopped responding to the complaint.

In my opinion, saying something is a scam also needs some level of supportive evidence. Do ask for the complaint to get reopened, please.

I can mention that every casino has stated in the rules they can investigate anything anytime. Of course we may now suspect; you may doubt the reason, but unless you prove the casino has no right to investigate or do that for any irrational reason, or is just avoiding conclusion, I would say we won't get further.
