The player from Slovenia won $22,500 on September 6 and requested a withdrawal to the same card used for the deposit. After 10 days, the casino canceled the withdrawal, claiming the bank had declined the transaction, and advised the player to use a different card. Despite following their instructions and requesting a €1,000 withdrawal on the 16th, the player was still waiting for any withdrawal to be processed after three weeks. The issue was not resolved as the player did not respond to the Complaints Team's inquiries, which resulted in the rejection of the complaint.

Hi, i made complaints and reviews on other sites already and i think i shoud do the same here.


on 6th september i won 22500$ on fire in the hole2. I made withdrawal same day on same card i made deposit with. After 10days they cancelled my withdrawal. They said that bank declined transaction and i have to use other card. So i did 10€ deposit with other card, made wager..everything like they said to me. I made 1000€ withdrawal again on 16th. Today is 27th, exactly 3weeks from my winnings and im still patiently waiting like they asked. I have to say, im loosing my patience. 20000€ waiting to be withdrawn and they didnt even processed one!


i have screenshots and emails if needed.

  • Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus?
  • When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
