If your funds are back in the hunnyplay account i would recommend trying to withdraw it all in batches of max $150-200 so that the withdrawals get accepted instantly. It takes a bit more effort but it should allow the withdrawals to go instantly because of the small amount. I tried it just now with 150 and it went instantly, however i have not had any withdrawal issues so i don't know if thats why mine still go instant.

Our withdrawals wont go through automatically. Normally, it would but most have their accounts changed to manual review before withdrawal.

When there is enough funds on the contract your withdrawal goes through instant. Otherwise, Hunny needs to deposit extra funds.

This is me genuinly asking because honestly your reply is all over the place and to me it seems like your feelings got hurt because you lost at those casino's and are now convinced there is a conspiracy of casino's from Curacao personally targeting you. I've been playing for a year now, all my withdrawals have been instant and the costumer support i received was great. I do have to add that i never bet for large amounts and thus also don't win large amounts like noviesol & pluisje did, maybe that also plays a part?

I never withdrew more then $200 in one transaction so i never experienced this side of the casino.

You could try withdrawing even smaller, like $50 and see if that goes through. If so then just slowly withdraw in batches of $50.

And how are your conversations with their support going, are they still responding or are you getting ghosted? And what platforms did you try getting in contact? They have Telegram, discord and twitter where they actively reply.

I have to admit it is not unusual for casinos to handle lower amount requests more quickly than the rest. If I may say so, your experience makes me think this could be the case... yes.

It's been 80 days of waiting, and I've received only 5% of my withdrawal. Since Hunnyplay has no license, does anyone at Casinoguru know what legal steps I can take? Because they have no registred company. I don’t mind spending money on lawyers since the amount I want to get is around 38.000$. If there are no steps I can take does that mean the casino can just get away with it?

I have a Binance deposit address linked to Hunnyplay, which should be KYC-approved. Beyond that, I’m not sure where else to begin when it comes to finding contacts or identifying a legal entity to sue.

I also found a website called Alchemygames.io, which seems to be the platform Hunnyplay operates under. They provide an address, but it looks like it might be a shell company. Additionally, the game providers that supply Hunnyplay with live games and slots must work a legal entity, right? Would it be possible to obtain this information through a lawyer to help build a case?

Hunnyplay has withdrawn over 400k to Binance in the past 90 days. Their business seems to be doing well, so I don't believe they lack the funds to pay us. I’m currently waiting for their next response, but if nothing promising comes from it, I’ll seriously consider pursuing legal action.
