This morning I also received their email about the processed withdrawal....until I see the money in my current account I won't believe it ahhahahhahha....however, since yesterday there has been this message on the site.... Customers are advised that due to technical maintenance of the site it is not permitted to deposit and/or place bets.... Thanks to our reports, AAMS will have threatened them with paying all customers and until they do so they will have suspended their license! THIS IS DONE! They didn't understand it the hard way and it took the hard way.... what a disgusting bookmaker, I will never pay a euro into it again....
anche io stamattina ho ricevuto la loro e-mail del prelievo elaborato....finchè non vedrò i soldi sul mio conto corrente non ci credo ahhahahhahha....cmq guarda caso da ieri c'è questo messaggio sul sito .....Si avvisano i clienti che causa manutenzione tecnica sito non è consentito depositare e/o effettuare scommesse....AAMS grazie alle nostre segnalazioni li avrà minacciati di pagare tutti i clienti e fino a che non lo farà gli avranno sospeso la licenza ! COSI SI FA ! Nn lo hanno capito con le buone e ci sono volute le cattive ....che schifo di bookmaker mai mai piu ci verserò un euro ....

I have a slightly different problem but still with them. On January 12th I made a slot win of around 850 euros and upon exiting the slot the balance remained unchanged, as if I had never entered that slot, despite there being a session code and everything else. I am more and more convinced that they took that money because they have no money to pay in the hope that I couldn't prove that win or didn't score anything. As luck would have it, I recorded the screen and everything, so I have absolute proof of everything. They've been procrastinating for a month saying they'll check, but now they can't because the site is under maintenance. It's been under maintenance for a month now though hahaha
I wrote to ADM via PEC and let's see what they say, I sent a PEC 9 days ago, now let's wait
Io ho un problema un po' diverso ma sempre con loro. Il 12 gennaio ho effettuato una vincita alle slot di circa 850 euro e uscendo dalla slot il saldo è rimasto invariato, come se in quella slot non fossi mai entrato, nonostante ci fosse codice sessione e tutto il resto. Io sono sempre più convinto che loro si siano presi quei soldi in quanto non hanno soldi per pagare nella speranza che io non potessi dimostrare quella vincita o non mi fossi segnato nulla. Fortuna vuole che abbia registrato lo schermo e tutto quanto, quindi ho la prova inequivocabile del tutto. Loro tergiversano da un mese dicendo che controlleranno, che ora non possono perché il sito è in manutenzione. Ormai è in manutenzione da un mese però ahahah
Ho scritto all'ADM tramite PEC e vediamo che dicono, ho mandato una PEC 9 giorni fa, ora aspettiamo
