Good evening, I have been a frumzi casino player for 2 years and I have made several withdrawals in the past and until last week, but I have been waiting for so many days since 14/3, specifically a withdrawal as well as others that I requested later. Please help
Did you receive any explanation from the casino regarding your withdrawal, please?

I hope too Romi, the problem is I have lot of money inside and previous days all my withdrawals completed in 3 days(20+ withdrawals)

Yes, and they say they transferred it to the relevant department, I don't know if there is an issue somewhere, however, 3 withdrawals were made without an email being sent and I requested others without emails as well.
Hello. I have a problem. I signed up with FRUMZI on January 26, 2024, and have been placing sports bets without any issues until now. On March 18, 2026, I tried to log into my account and couldn't. I received a message stating that my account was temporarily closed and that I should contact support to find out the reasons for the closure and to arrange for the withdrawal of the money I have in my Frumzi account to my bank account.
On March 19th, I contacted Frunzi support and they replied that my account closure was due to an administrative decision, that the closure could not be reversed, and they requested my bank details to process the withdrawal of funds to my bank account. I sent them my details that same day.
On March 27th, eight days later, I contacted Frumzi's technical support again to ask how long it would take for the funds to be deposited into my bank account. They replied the same day, saying they understood my situation and asked me to be patient. They said my case had been forwarded to the relevant department and that they would notify me by email as soon as there were any updates. They asked me to be patient.
It's been 25 days and I haven't received the money, nor have I heard anything about the status of the withdrawal process. And of course, I can't access my account. Please, could you help me get my money back? Could the person who usually contacts Frumzi please let me know when the money is expected to arrive in my bank account?

But I have to say right off the bat that if the money comes from sports betting, we unfortunately can't help you in such cases, since we don't have expertise in that area. I would definitely try other platforms, though.

It's been 36 days and the money still hasn't been deposited into my account. I've filed complaints on two websites and there's still no word. Frumzi keeps telling me the relevant department is processing it and that I should be patient. That's how things stand. I don't understand why it takes so long to make a deposit.
