So i got a call from padronus today because i sent you an email last week and asked how things are going from now on.

The gentleman on the phone explained it to me in such a way that they have to wait until the law firm in malta gets a court date. He told me it could be a month or it could be nine months. So basically they don't have a plan themselves. It's been almost 9 months for me since the judgment in Austria. We can all just twiddle our thumbs and wait... and mine is poker ⭐.

Ok, that sounds better. I sold my Pokerstars title at the time because I thought they would be particularly stressful. I only received a small sum because of the many deductions, but at least I received something and the buyer now has the problem of suing for the title.

The amount involved is therefore relatively irrelevant, because it is only a matter of percentages. For me it was a small four-digit sum that I received. I don't know if they've already successfully collected the money.

So, which casinos paid without trial, which after trial, which settled, which appealed, etc.

Nobody will tell you that because there is a non-disclosure agreement with settlements.

The best thing to do is to talk to someone who finances legal costs, they can give you good information.

Which casinos do you still have open?
