Never has this proem accured. The withdraw is in process status but they wont cash it out since a week. I contacted the support multiple times and they tell me everytime that they sent a reminder to rhe relevant departement. For me, its unimaginable that you have so much withdraws that you canoot process mine since a week.

Hi, last night I won 480 euros legally with a 20 euro deposit and 100% bonus that I had wagered and made a withdrawal request around 11 p.m. last night.

Evolve casino cancelled my withdrawal request because I had a 50 euro withdrawal request from no deposit free spins that I had won at the time, which had already been approved and processed. This meant that I had the right to deposit 20 euros, collect my winnings and make a new withdrawal request. Evolve casino says that because I won 90 euros with the free spins and after my 50 euro withdrawal there was still 40 euros in winnings in my account, I shouldn't have deposited 20 euros and my winnings would therefore not be legitimate, which is nonsense. This is because I hadn't used the amount that was in my account before my deposit because I knew it would be deducted anyway since 50 euros was the maximum winnings with the no deposit free spins. My winnings last night with my 20 euro deposit were all achieved with the amount I had deposited and were therefore legitimate winnings, please help.

You have stated in your complaint that the casino now paid the 400euros and kept the 60euros remaining. Right?
