I made a withdrawal of €4200 on December 8, 2025.

I played without a bonus, had a win of around €7,000-€8,000, then played it down to €1,800, and then won almost €6,000 again, at which point I thought I'd try to get to €4,500.

In the end, I paid out €4400.

€200 by credit card on December 7, 2025

and the €4200 on December 8, 2025 via bank transfer.

But they've been in progress ever since; I'm fully KYC verified.

They just tell me to be patient, that the matter has been forwarded, or that there is a high volume of cases.

Has anyone had experience with larger sums of money and whether payouts are actually made?

Do I understand correctly that you haven't received any of the withdrawals yet, please?
