They might have a lot of emails to answer. I am happy that they did answer. It could still take them long time to answer and even longer to send money. But i am more hopeful now.
Sadly, it is not.
If you need help, submit a complaint. I can't promise you a happy ending, but at least we'll try.
I am not that positive. Im afraid they are just trying to stall for time, and just disappear.
I am still also afraid that my funds might disappear. But in a case this was meant to be a fraud, it is strange that they still answer to emails at some speed. I think if i wanted to steal money i would just disappear and send nothing? But we will find out later are they willing to do what they promised or not.
Dunno maybe they are just trying to steal and not so advanced handling situations like this. These are just speculations, I am just count with worse scenarios. Anyway, I believe the more time passes the more likely it is that you have been stolen.
I can't believe nowadays how easily a company receives a bloody gambling license.
It's beyond any logic for a licensed company to flagrantly steal your funds in such a way. Unbelievable. I am so angry, frustrated and disappointed in the same time
so sorry, totally understand your feelings. Lodging of class action/complaint still in our hands, maybe if third parties put pressure on them they pay.
You know what? Submit the complaint, and we shall see. It's free, so you can only benefit from it.🌟🤞
Hello,
the MGA still counts as one of the most trusted licensing authorities on the market and getting it is quite costly and timely compared with let's say Curacao ones.
The problem is that the if the casino just closes without further notice, I fear that until some players ask MGA to act, they are not aware of any problem. So for now, the MGA knows 👍
Wow so they rejected the complaint. In section 2/b a lot of event listed, I'm just guessing that third party investigate in this issue.
Hmm, interesting.
I just got mail from Madre that they will start looking into this case. I have mentioned that i am not alone with this claim.
And I also got 50 eur skrill transaction from elitebet while i was writing back to Madre. I had lots of money there not as pending withdrawals, and also few withdrawals. Now they paid one back.
