I used only the support find the others tonight and used to tell them do something with the site because its broke down.
On the picture you can see that you can't bet.
Then why are all the games gone for betting??? My konzo works but the games I played are still open.
No idea why nobody reported the problem.
Can't you go to the site yourself and see if it works for you???

Hey Radka, they emailed me saying that the website is going to be improved and the funds in my account will be transferred to my Neteller in the afternoon today but still nothing, I haven't received an email that the website will be down for maintenance, they should've disabled the deposit option... Elite24Bet is my go-to casino to play and it's a shame that they did this without any warning, I'll delete my account after I receive my funds... Please see attached images:

Does anybody here know what is MGAs responsibility for these frauds/wrongdoings? They demand good economic status from the bookmaker as well as keeping players funds and companys money separate. So do they have some responsibility to help players get funds back? any experience?
I would not say that MGA is directly responsible, but the site was licensed in Malta, you can see that on the review page.
As far as I remember ADRA should work for every European Union citizen but excludes its services outside this territory.
I sent emails to those addresses too. I dont expect to get an answer though. If you two could ask them why their facebook and twitter went silent in early december at the same time if this so called "platform changing" should affect only the website itself. I contacted almost everyone who has ever worked for this company - I spoke to four people who no longer work here. I tell them that there were contract breaches and infringements and I asked them for help, names or contact details, but they said they couldn't help, they didn't know the current management. After that I didn't want to bother them because that would be legal harassment.
I wrote to the domain owner we will see whether he can do anything or not. I wrote to him/her that there were legal infringements concrete stealing and whether he can help to us. We will see.
We have two another options:
1. Write to the company who was with cooperation with elite24bet (EveryMatrix Software Limited). Maybe they have some kind of access to the site or at least to the payments.
2. Write to MGA a strong complaint that there are several people who will lodge class action at EU bodies - this can force MGA to take steps in solving the issue.
I want to wait 1-2 days to take these two steps, until then i will sending to them threating emails regarding our issue. But guys if you want to participate in step two I will ask you for your name and residence country so I can refer to class action at MGA so that maybe they will have greater urge to solve this issue.
Did those guys tell why all of them have left elite?
I would say it is best for us at least wait until MGA/Madre/Your contacts everymatrix etc gives more information.
But if it seems necessary, i will be of course with you to lodge a complaint. At least i am having too much money in the account. But we have a bit hope to solve this more peacefully if those guys are still sending you emails and money.
