If you want to discuss anything related to Elite24Bet Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
first of all this casino is targetting the netherlands wich is illegal .anyway i registerd here assuming all providers are available wich is not .i like live roulette and they only offer portomasso gaming wich i find very disgusting and scamming provider .i deposited 170€ in 2 sessions it was impossible to make 1€ profit .i made clear my concerns about the fairness of the game and requested immidiatly closing my acount .next day i get an email if i was sure i want to close my acount and told me the same crap they always repeat that the provider is legit and that the casino is licensed to offer game in the netherlands totaly bs .as i know 99.9% of the casinos on malta has restricted dutch players .then one day later i decided to give it one more chance but i was not able to deposit after contacting them by email i was after 1 hour again able to deposit and play i lost 200€ again it is impossible to play and win something .freezing screens and fast spinning .in the terms state clearly that a cooling off period must be honoured for 24 hours .
this casino breached 2 x their own terms :country restrictions and responsible gaming wich cost me 370€ for nothing .
asking for a refund they refuse .i will report them to the dutch ksa to fine and block them.they have no right to offer games in the netherlands it is illegal.
I'm not really sure how that works with licenses in Netherlands. Anyway, they seem to be licensed by MGA, which is one of the better regulators out there. You could submit a complaint directly to them and see what they're going to say.
hi Daniel,
The gambling Authority (Ksa) is doing a study on 250 online casinos without a license to play there from the Netherlands. If this is the case, these parties can count on a large number of fines. It is illegal to offer services to Dutch Dutch license without Dutch license.
The KSA Authority informs in a blog that these parties can count on a significant higher fines in a negative outcome. Since 1 November, these fines have been a lot higher since the end of the enforcement policy. When an illegally online casinos after examination is now fined by the Ksa, you have two options for a fine to be reached:
In turnover above €15 million, the fine is 4% of turnover (at least €600,000)
If the turnover is not known, the Ksa will make an estimate. If this is less than €15 million, the basic fine is €600,000
it is strctly forbidden to take dutch players without dutch license even a malta license does not count
You choosed to deposit here and play, you loose your money so why you blaming casino? 😀
i choce the casino because i thaught they had more live tables and it turned out only one provider a disqusting one .i requested my acount to be closed but they send me email next day asking if i wanted sure to close acount .and then day after i contacted them to unable deposit option to take another chance .with no coolingof period of 24 hours i dont find this a responsible casino .why they accept dutch players anyway they have no license for that .if they not do this that i would not play and lose my money. do you understand what i mean?😃 they are all scammers .they are robbing us by whatever means.i asked them to refund half my deposits but they refuse.i have never been in a live casino with 370 € didn't win a cent it just can't be done .pure scam

As far as I can remember, many casinos licensed in Curacao try to avoid accepting players from Netherlands. On the other hand, some casinos licensed elsewhere or casinos with no license usually don't care about what kind of fines they can get in Netherlands for accepting the Dutch players. There's no authority that would force them to pay the fines.
Actually the fines can be a big deal for certain smaller casinos. The big known brands don't need to care that much about it, but the big and popular brands are mostly fair and they obey the law.
i picked 3x casinos from here to play all of them have in their terms that the netherlands is restricted even the deposit options but they still take dutch players .it cost me 2700€ in 10 days .i am even not sure if i would get payed after a win .from now on i will no longer open acounts with casinos without dutch license .
It's definitely the safest option. I'm not really familiar with details in terms of Dutch license. Is there something that casinos need to implement in order to get the Dutch license, but it's actually very bad for players? For example in Germany, the spin needs to take 5 or more seconds, autospin is forbidden, RTP is lowered by 5 % due to tax on turnover etc.
Is there any reason why Dutch players shouldn't play in casinos with Dutch licenses?
hi Daniel, the most hypocrite country in the whole world is the netherlands ..they should never ever had regulate the online casinos.really it is a farce .they picked a few criminals and gave them a license .most of them have more than 50 gamblng halls in the country and of course the lottery and the state casinos first went online .only one provider evolution gaming .we heard 20 years the goverment warn us not to play outside and that the games were not fair and the casinos were not supporting responsible gaming and who they give a license for?the same provider and games .the rtp is 31% down because the operators have to pay 30% tax .i tried all 10 casinos cost me 3000€ one month the biggest win was 30€ really if you talk about scam here is it.i closed all of them .the gambling board is vanished .you dont hear them anymore .no response if you file a complaint it takes 8 weeks .the oprators are rude .if you have negative critisisum they close your acount .the new regulation is set up to protect players from addiction but they kill you with casino promotions even trains are painted in casino colours .limits everywere .you are not playing but only clicking popups away about your limits and playtime .were malta casinos payed in seconds here you have to wait 5 days because the gouverment want to track every player .privacy is thrown out of the window .there is no freedom anymore .netherlands has killed online gambling for there own benefit (taxes)now i understand the goverments are not for the people .
i miss the malta casinos really very much .but unfortunatly every casino who will get a license will pay the 30% taxes .the rtp will be the same as regular casinos.
there are many complaints here .casino guru should open a dutch site to help the players 😂 i played 15 years at malta few problems but overall great experience and always got my money if i won .for me online is dead .i have 6 still month to go untill my bann is over .from then on only play in a real casino .after 15 years playing online you get disgust by all these online rules :verifications, waiting for the wins and the bugs in the games .and most of all evolution gaming disgusting manipulated tables i had more than 100 acounts cost me about 400000€ .
Wow, that sounds crazy! In that case, you can try to find a few good casinos in stick to them. I know it's going to be difficult, but there should be a few reliable casinos even for Dutch players. The major problem is that whenever a UK player doesn't want to play in a casino with UK license or German player doesn't want to play in a German casino, they always go to a Curacao casino. The problem is that Curacao is related to Netherlands, so it becomes a huge issue for Dutch players. On the other hand, I'd never recommend playing in casinos with no license. I feel like Dutch players are kind of trapped in this case.
i tried 3 curacao casinos cost me 2300€ in one week .even they state in the terms that the netherlands is restricted they take dutch players and under the restriced countrys they always add : it is your sole responsibility to abide by your own country rules’utter nonsense .it is just a loophole to get away with it .i think curacao must demand a geoblocking for all casinos licensed there .otherwise you cant take this serious.malta casinos a few had done it were curacao most of them still practising this .playing there and knowing the country is restricted is not comfortable because who knows the casino later will use it again you when winning a good amount righti experienced very bad casinos on curacao wich cost me almost 10000€ .the internet is full of these practices.i should have taken casino guru recomandations .it state here that the casinos are blocked netherlands .
i hope the netherlands will chace them and fine them accordingly for the harm they are doing .
Hey Jano you can play legal casino in the Netherlands and you can find a list here and you can play there without any problems. Don't play at Curacao casino's. I did before and i can tell you the only one who wins it the casino itselfs 🙁
I made an account here last year. After depositing several times I won some money, did the verification and made a withdrawal all without a problem. This year I tried my luck again in this casino with succes, I deposited €50 and won €8000. Once I tried to cash out this amount my account got disabled and only 5 days after I receive a message that my account was closed due to the suspicion of money laundering?! I submitted all requested documents and now they are going to refund the deposit and cancell al my winnings, this is not how a casino that is attached to the MGA authority should behave. I'm desperate and actively seeking for someone to help me in this matter.
Kind regards.
Hello,
in such a case the casino must provide some strong evidence. What was it, I wonder?
I think you should submit a complaint, you can do so here:
https://casino.guru/complaints/create
I hope we would be able to sort things out. Furthermore, we marked this casino as a fresh one, so we should double-check what has happened.
Frankly, there is nothing I can check. I have no access to those files you sent because I'm part of our Complaint Team.
I will, however, keep in touch with the progress.
I can see that your complaint was closed as unjustified because you breached terms and conditions by using the third-party payment for placing a deposit.
I would like to stress out that, so even other players can see:
"Please understand that this rule has been breached. Technically it is very difficult to check who’s the owner of the payment method at the depositing stage. This can be checked only during the account verification, which is usually done when a withdrawal is requested. Therefore, it is a player’s responsibility to use allowed payment methods only."
Always read the rules.
I wish you good fortune in the future.
