The site is dead.

You can't bet, you can't play a casino, etc. I've been trying to chat and email for days.

You can see for yourself that it is not possible to bet there, etc.

This is how the page looks since Friday.

No games on it that you can bet, whether today, tomorrow etc.

The site is blocked for players who want to bet.

Maybe the casino is under some sort of maintenance. In such a case, I'd appreciate kind of a warning or explanation.

What seems strange is that nobody else has come up with the same issue.

Even, almost for two weeks trying to withdraw but I still didn't get my money, according to their T&C this is their last day to pay me out. Chat is unavailable no reply on emails. I Will turn to MGA and some ADR bodies to report them. Until then dont play here, dont deposit even a penny.

same thing here. my money and withdrawals have been pending for weeks and few days ago all betting disappeared. the chat has been inactive all january and they dont reply to emails. I already did a complaint to MGA.

You did the right thing! Not just breaches of contract happened, but also European Union infrimngements. We have to protect our rights and funds. When did you lodge complaint to MGA?

I did a complaint last monday, 9.1.2023. They havent replied yet. i Think i will give them this week time to react or i call them to ask how long these usually takes. If i am not mistaken, they will review licenses twice a year and elite24bet should lose its license. Elite24bet states that player funds are protected but lets see if that is true...

Good. Im afraid it could be a tough ride but stealing is illegal. As I said, in a worse case we can turn to EU bodies and create class action and if some people join forces they have to take it seriously. Today and tomorrow I will create some complaints and try to reach some leaders of them and contact to the hoster.

We have the same problem, I deposited 300EUR without knowing that the website is under maintenance and asked the funds to be transferred back because I can't bet. I didn't even receive an email telling me that the website will not be operational. Yesterday they asked for my Neteller account for the funds to be transferred and now they said they are waiting on an employee to send the funds via Neteller in the afternoon but still nothing. I'll delete my account after this, this is just stupid.

Hey Radka, they emailed me saying that the website is going to be improved and the funds in my account will be transferred to my Neteller in the afternoon today but still nothing, I haven't received an email that the website will be down for maintenance, they should've disabled the deposit option...
