Another reason for filling up the compalint. You see, unlike other "review sites," our Safety Index tries to express the probability that the player will get paid, not how quickly or smoothly things goes. So, from this perspective, the casino has to fail to pay the winnings completely to be considered a scam. Though I understand that players feel a scam is more like a set of practices for delaying payments, and this casino has been investigated.

I can dig it really. My main thing for real is yea I wanna get paid but what I want more is for them not to be able to do it again. We can always be like it's a shame it's a shame ya know, but until there are consequences they'll never b retribution. Ultimately I know this is my fault, personally....well ya know

I had the worst experience, they did partially pay me, but the method was unethical and ridiculous. I never saw the rest and it took weeks for me to cancel my account, and then they reopened it without my permission. I did get it cancelled again. But they’re the worst of the worst.

Although there is still the 14-day rule my colleagues must adhere to, I also understand what you expressed in the complaint about the everyday promises you keep getting from support.

They claim to have "super fast cashouts" but after waiting 3 days for my cashout I received an email saying that I had to separate my withdrawal into two parts. So I submitted another withdrawal request immediately for half the amount (500) and that was six days ago... I am still waiting for my withdrawal to be confirmed and processed and after reading some of the reviews on here, I doubt I'm ever going to get it. Such a shame because with their over 7000 games I was really looking forward to having that be one of my favorite online casinos.

Yes I would like the details ty. It makes it hard to trust any online casino because of a few bad apples. Honestly I'm starting to beli ve that we are just prey to these typ s of scams simply cause we don't want to play in the traditional since of in a casino. Nope they don't pay. Here's the thing, depending upon the bonus they will allow you to withdraw ONCE but never the full amount. They'll ask you to deposit more in order to expand your account which would allow for bigger withdrawals. If u fall for that well you're a dumba$$ It would seem by now that every time you pull this site up it would be a giant banner saying DANGER, cause if not then maybe some ppl truly don't give a $hit, maybe we are just feeding these review sites the same way we are feeding these scam casinos? Nope they don't pay. As long as we have money involved with ppl there are always gonna be POS out there trying to con you wether in person or online. NOPE they don't pay
