Though please can you explain to everyone reading why you call the casino shady? We don't mind people being critical, as long as they can explain it.

If it is because they lost money like you then, well that doesn't really count.


"Shady" deserves a proper explanation. Are you questioning the games. They are not the casinos. But let us and everyone else know please.

First time I got to wait for live chat 1 h to get support. I wrote several letters to help. You are not close busiest service here


I recieved weekly bonus notification on site and email, nothing written about what, how much.

And the text "as appreciated Maxi level (basically to days to max we give you special bonus". When nothing recieved tried to live chat. Nothing I got angry about service and experience overall. Many games was not opening. Games refreshed in a while.


No why you can find out what is given what not. I lost 7+ k in LTC, tired to reach support, chat all the time starting from beginning with 50 people quene, so frustrating.


Playing real money as bonuses reciewed peanuts. On Stake for my loss I would have got 300+ weekly, Monthly.


Your casino is not nice place to gamble and with all that it felt shady. If you handle withdrawals as your clients I believe you will have full of bad rewievs on all platforms.


Am I angry - yes, was I frustrated yes, You feel shady - definately Yes.

For me worst XP from my gambling sessions and I do it a lot, lose a lot also. Nothing new

OK ty for replying. I think language is going to be a barrier here.

But let us focus on the main points. You want cashback. Absolutely agreed. You say a competitor would have given you $300 back for your losses. And i agree you should get cashback. And you will.

But you only signed up 2 days ago on the 7th December. So the cashback is not instant. You have reached Maxi level VIP in the system. That looks like 4% monthly and an increased bonus. So the cashback will come at the end of the month and the extra bonus will be awarded as well.

None of the rewards are instantaneous. If you had to wait a bit longer for Live chat, then i apologise. Thereare 30/40 operators that share the same service. In time we will have our own CS, but not yet.

Again you say the casino "felt shady" but what does that mean? The payments are running incredibly smoothly

There are no complaints. The games all work. You went on a bad run. I understand. I'm sorry that happened. I have been there myself. But, I have reviewed all your big losses and there is nothing wrong with them. They were all placed and executed in good faith. But you losing does not make it shady. It just means you were unlucky and are upset.

You will get your cashback at the month end as per the T&Cs that you agreed to. We are looking into weekly cashback but that won't be happening soon as it will reuqire a lot of dev work from then platform provider.

I understand your points, but the experience was not good. Shady thing is feeling based on my XP and it felt that way.

Things that you mentioned should be resolved. You cannot expect goos review if you shown problems to serve players. I am down on orher platforms 5 digit numbers,I have not written one review if just the loss is the case

If the withdrawals is serviced as custimer support many more fristrated people will come.



Finally someone aswered from your side, only after going public. Now feels much less shady

In my opinion, creating fictitious accounts to generate fictitious casino-related praise on this forum is not particularly funny at all. But thank you for the notice.

We do not know where this popular idea originated, but it is becoming quite common to try. In any event, we plan to maintain the forum's integrity and ban these fraudulent users—in this case, based on the account details, coming from Nigeria 🙂.

Janis – Actually it was us who alerted Guru to all the posts in the first place!

That aside we have had a discussion and our responsible Gaming team think it is best that we close your account for your own sake.

You say that you wish you had never deposited. That is not the first time you have expressed regret and advised others not to play with us.

We have a duty of care to players and we have decided that is best.

We will freeze your account and once any cashback is awarded you in January, you will be able to withdraw it.

It has nothing to do with negative feedback about CS and bonuses. Thse were teething issues and we explained why it is happening. We are very greatful for constructive criticism.


The account closure is because you are advising people not to play here, calling it shady and a scam and saying you wish you'd never deposited. That to me is 4 VERY legitimate reasons to close an account. We won't allow another post like that.


We have answered your questions and messaged you personally. In my opinion you have been incredibly unfair with your posts.


Anyway the VIP manager has said he is going to try and reach you again. So you have a stay of execution.


Let's see if we can salvage this!?
