Crypto Loko rips off another American

Just like the thread that brought me to this website, I started ONE account with them, did ONE promo chip for$105, went to bed after spending about $1000 of it on there site, thinking that should cover whatever terms I needed to spend and they ripped me off. I woke up the next day to find the money stolen out of my account. If you cant pay your winners, your not a casino, your a scam, in the old west we'd take you out back and fucking hang you. Sincerely another NOT SATISFIED CUSTOMER

What do you mean after you spent $1000 of it on their site? The playthrough for that bonus was 30x so it should've been over 3k that you had to playthrough. Did u ever deposit?

Hello, Crypto Loko hasn't given me my withdrawal yet. It says it's processing but nothing yet. It's been over 24hrs so far. I've sent all my verification forms yesterday and they been accepted. No fast payout for sure. Now to see if they will eventually pay. I also had to deposit $10 from my coinbase wallet for further verification which seemed odd.

I'm sorry to say that, but I guess you should wait a bit. Some withdrawals take even a few days to get processed.

Regarding the deposit, I guess that what you describe is called a "verification deposit" such a deposit is usually needed to get your payment option registered in the casino's system.

I made request of $105 to my coinbase wallet. When I did I was told I had to make a $10 deposit to verify my ewallet. After I sent deposit I was approved to make original withdraw. Since I made $10 deposit . My balance came to $115. So I made request for $115. Instead of sending full amount they approved 2 withdraws . One for $100 and other for $15. We'll when I did finally get the first withdraw I ssked why I haven't received the rest of it. I was told that theirs a $15 dollar fee so they kept it. NO WHERE ON HERE SAYS THEIRS A $15 FEE. SURPRISE THEIR IS A FEE.

I don't suggest this site to anyone. Any casino that charges you a fee is not worth coming back too.

Well, fees are quite normal, I'd say. Sometimes the fee is also applied by your wallet provider as well, especially if any sort of intermediate bank gets involved. Though this is a different story.

More importantly, such fees should be clearly stated in the terms and conditions. Did you check the casino's review? It's stated there as a con 🙁:

Do you think that in every casino where you played for about 10 minutes your bonus fell? I don't think that's really a measure of whether a casino is good or bad. I've seen many cases where the bonus didn't fall even longer. Is there anything else you didn't like?
