Not everyone came together first 2 then 1 👍🏻
But after the first two arrived, it took another 3-4 days until the last one arrived.
Just be patient and don't cancel!

I also have a large sum that the online casino has to pay me out. Have you been paid out?
Hello,
I just wanted to say that for the worst-case scenario, the complaint represents a beneficial step you took. Of course, it would be great if the casino managed to pay you much sooner, yet if that does not work, my colleagues will gladly get involved.
I think everything was explained in the complaint: "According to the available evidence, you submitted your self-exclusion request on 17 July, and the casino closed your account on 20 July. Please note that, in most casinos, self-exclusion requests are handled manually by the responsible departments. This process requires some time to ensure requests are handled appropriately and with the necessary attention.
From our perspective, CrownPlay Casino acted promptly and restricted your account access within a reasonable timeframe. Therefore, the casino cannot be held responsible for the deposits you made during the request-processing period."
There's not much else to say, almost no casino will close your account as soon as you ask them to. Three days is fine in our opinion, and from what I've read, the casino wanted confirmation that they should close your account, which Veronika said she couldn't find in your evidence.
There's probably nothing more to add.
Sure, thank you. I think I've already seen this list that you shared in another thread.
I'm glad you have several places where you don't have any problems. I wish it were like that everywhere.
Yes, there are dishonest casinos, but we never know which ones they are, so I only make a deposit and when I win a little I request a withdrawal, if the casino doesn't pay I make a public complaint and I don't even play anymore, so I try to withdraw a little just to test if the casino pays, if the casino pays I make new deposits, I'm having a problem receiving a withdrawal of 1,500 BRL from the EXCITEWIN Casino.
Yes, that's probably what I would do too. If the casino had a problem paying out a smaller win, how would it be with a larger one?
Of course, as far as the casino issue is concerned, we are writing about it in the casino thread, so I would leave it there.
Hi I recently had a win with crownplay the first withdrawals were paid into my account within 3 days the following 3 withdrawals unfortunately took 20+ days and paid after a complaint was submitted
I have submitted further requests for withdrawals and again under review for more than 5 days they have now lowered my VIP level so withdrawal amount has been lowered I have sent several emails asking how to withdraw full amount pending and what is left in my account within no reply live chat is obviously automated as I get same reply from them to be patient they have a large number of withdrawals requests
they assure me that the funds are safe and will remain in my account
I know they want me to play but I won’t risk losing that amount does anyone know how to go about getting the whole amount paid out? So I don’t have to go through this every time I request a withdrawal
cheers
Hello, smart move not to play. It is indeed a very unpleasant experience. Who would want to wait for each withdrawal as you did? The casino may indeed be delayed, but I understand it, it is not very cool if you have to go over that again.
I fear that under such circumstances the casino must find a way to pay. We may try to help you. if things go sideways. Are you familiar with the complaint process we offer?

Hi thanks for your reply it is frustrating to have to go through this each time I request a withdrawal I had to submit a complaint with you guys last time to get them to pay I will definitely submit another complaint and see if I can’t get them to pay out the whole amount this time I have sent them a couple of emails requesting payout which they acknowledge but don’t reply
cheers. I submitted a complaint but i am told hasn’t been 14 days yet
cheers
Hello, to me, it seems like you could use a more convenient casino website. Going through all of this with almost every withdrawal is just brutal.
Yes, the team will only step in after a full 14-day period; however, the casino is notified when you lodge the case, which can also influence the situation and be beneficial for you.
I honestly hope it won't take any longer.
Cheers!
