It was £1100, not as big as your but big enough. I just messaged them every hour. I got every excuse under the sun! That they are going through a transition, that the finance team only work until 4pm UK time.
May I ask why you have to wait 14 days? Are there any guidelines that apply there, or what's the reason for this?
If a casino has a terms and conditions that payouts are made after 24 hours and the player accepts these terms and conditions when registering, it is a binding contract that both the player and the casino must adhere to and respect (e.g. bonus conditions).
In my opinion, after 24 hours, this is a breach of contract, and further action could be taken immediately and decisively. Or am I wrong?
I mean, this is about real life, real money. Just like in the free market. I see the 14-day waiting period as a reward for the casino, not for the player.

Wenn ein casino in den Agb's stehen hat das nach 24h ausgezahlt wird und der Spieler diese Agb's akzeptiert beim registrieren, ist es doch ein bindenter Vertrag, wo sowohl der Spieler diese einhalten und respektieren muss (z.b Bonus Bedingungen.) sowie als auch das casino.
Nach 24h ist für mein Verständnis ein vertragsbruch und könnte mit weiteren Schritten sofort entscheidend gegenwirken. Oder sehe ich das falsch?
Ich meine hier geht's um echte leben, echtes geld. Wie in der freien Wirtschaft. Ich empfinde die 14 tage Wartezeit, als Belohnung für das casino und nicht für den Spieler.

I honestly don’t think there is much you can do apart from keep going on at them. Inform them you have complained to casino guru. They read on here and trust pilot.
I'm really starting to lose steam, too. I opened a case here a few days ago, and Chipstars has already responded. The money is safe, blah blah.
What really annoys me the most is the fact that I'm currently waiting for €2,800, which has been going on since July 5th, and I have another €4,500 that I'd also like to get paid out.
If I don't have a result by the end of the month, I will also contact my lawyer and threaten to sue.
I've had enough once and for all.
Also bei mir ist auch langsam echt die Luft raus. Habe vor einigen Tagen hier einen Fall eröffnet, worauf Chipstars auch bereits geantwortet hat. Das Geld ist sicher, blabla .
Was mich wirklich am meisten ärgert ist die Tatsache das ich zZ auf 2800€ warte, dies sich schon seit dem 05.07. hinzieht und ich weitere 4500€ habe die ebenfalls ausgezahlt bekommen möchte.
Wenn ich hier nicht bis zum Ende des Monats ein Ergebnis habe, werde ich zusätzlich meinen Anwalt einschalten und mit einer Klage drohen.
Ich hab die Nase ein für alle Mal voll.
