How long have you been waiting for your money, please? Did the casino say anything specific to you about the whole situation? Did you need to verify? 

I would add that you never play in a casino when you don't have any money left. This is a very bad example of that, because if you have to pay your bills, what if you lose in the casino? This will only get you into more trouble.

I was getting all these excuses when I was trying to withdraw over a month and a half ago. I just kept messaging them and emailing them. Eventually they paid me after 4 days. They gave me the VIP what’s app number I can give you but not sure if I can put it on here or not? You just have to keep pushing them. Once you are paid never bet on chips stars again! They are the worse casino I have ever dealt with. I only used their site because they was rated so highly in casino guru
