Clearly this is something you are not used to and on the one hand I understand it, on the other hand casinos are different and it's not the same everywhere, which you must know yourself by now. 

Anyway, it shouldn't take long for me either, it's what we consider to be long that counts. For example, I wouldn't mind waiting a week for the money, two would be quite enough. 

I've seen players who wrote here and said that they haven't had money for 16 hours, so it's a bit incomprehensible for me. 

It depends on a lot of things, I mean withdrawals, but casinos don't always pay out money right away and I feel like they use tactics where they expect the player to lose the money themselves.

Do you think they are using that tactic with people not getting withdrawals now

Cases can vary and I cannot generalize. Some players think that the casino uses such tactics even when they are going through verification. 

For us it is quite normal that the player should get the money within 14 days. After that it would be too much for me personally. 

So it may or may not be.🤷‍♂️

With all due respect, that wouldn't be a smart tactic. I always get my money quickly, but unfortunately I'm still missing the big win.

I always say let's keep things in perspective, there will be reasons for everything, good or bad.

It's really sad what's happening there right now! I was really impressed with the casino a while back, but now it's just exhausting, dubious, and I can't recommend it anymore. It will be my last time, too. I think it's a real shame, but I'd rather play somewhere where the terms and conditions and their guidelines still have value...!

I've been waiting for 4 days now...

It's sad when they advertise a 24-hour payout time, but 4 days is an absolute disgrace...!?! But this isn't the first time...

Is it your first withdrawal or first time waiting that long?

No, no, I've already made a few withdrawals there. At first, it was always paid out within 24 hours at the latest, but in the last few weeks and months, it's gotten worse and worse...

Just last week, I had €600 on my account and waited for two days without anything happening. Then, of course, I lost it. And that's not the first time. I think it's become a regular occurrence by now. But not this time, and I'm going to get my money out of it!

They've been telling me all week that there are some kind of problems. I'm wondering what these problems could be, other than the fact that they're bankrupt...?!? But like I said, I think they're just playing for time... otherwise, they could address the problem transparently, so perhaps people would understand... or a financial institution could be causing trouble. But there are several options for withdrawals, so that shouldn't be a problem either...

In any case, nothing happened today...I don't think so tomorrow either, and they don't pay out on the weekend...so much for 24 hours...ridiculous...

I can only advise everyone to stay away from them, it's just too unsafe and very shady there these days!!!

I see that you are also waiting for a withdrawal. I guess it's nothing new at the casino if a player waits for several days. 

I would always take the advertisement about fast withdrawals with a grain of salt, because any problems can occur, but of course I'm not defending the casino. 

So what did they tell you about the specific problems?

I don't know, the casino itself has to say what's going on. We'll wait for a response from the other player, but I think it'll just be some basic stuff they told him.

We have all been waiting weeks and weeks this is the issue with the same response of company structure

I'm in contact with them daily, and with a different person every day...which is why I get different answers when I ask about the problem...I heard this week that it's supposedly not the casino's fault, then they wrote again that the problem had been solved and that they would process the delayed payouts immediately (that was on Tuesday).

On Wednesday, they said there were still problems. Later, I was told that support has no contact with the finance department and therefore couldn't say when the payout would be made.

So, very confusing and misleading for my taste! No transparency, and really poor customer service! And to top it all off, I'm getting offers to deposit every day...!!! You have to think about it. They don't pay out, but they constantly send you bonus offers to deposit...!?!

I've already said that I'm more annoyed about winning money than if I'd lost a deposit...!?! Isn't that sad?

That's roughly how it works all the time...my payout is approved and they will contact me when it's ready and when I ask when this will happen, they simply don't respond...for 15 minutes without an answer
