Well, it's not like I'm overly happy about it, and I won't miss chipstar casino either. I stopped playing at this casino a long time ago. But, there are some players who made a deposit and now they can't access the casino...

The license for gambling, sports betting and games of chance is issued by the Agency for Games of Chance, under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia. And it is very cheap for online casinos. Probably, several players complained about delays in payments, so chipstar was blocked. There is no casino/bookmaker here in Serbia that is late with payments. I have been playing for almost 3 decades, and I have never had to wait longer than a few days for the payment of winnings. That is why I sometimes react angrily when I see that some much larger world casinos behave like fraudsters.

Correct me if I am wrong, but Chipstars never had a Serbian licence, they have a Curacao licence and they are available in the same countries as many other Curacao casinos.

I am playing from the UK, on 3 casinos, none of which have a UK licence and they are all better than the UK licenced casinos. No offense, but even a Curacao licence channels more trust than a Serbian licence.

And how do you know if it did or did not have a license? If it did not have one, it would not be available to players from Serbia. And which license is more valuable to you is absolutely irrelevant. There are too many players who have not been paid out by casinos with that Curacao license, and can they file a complaint somewhere in that country? While in Serbia it has never happened that a player has not been paid out. So you go to Curacao...
