For 6 months I have been asking them to close my account due to my mental health issues and how this triggers my urge to gamble.

My account has never been closed, I've emailed, no reply, no account closure. The live chat agents do not care.

Hello, I am sorry to hear the casino treats you this way. As you can see this particular casino has no license at all plus the reputation couldn't be lower. It's obviously a bad place for a player in you health situation. I found a website which helps with self-exlusion process as well as offers support by live chat and freephone helpline. Maybe you should consider contact them immediately if you feel this way.
