Good evening, I deposited an amount yesterday and I had a profit, they told me that they have a problem with the deposits to the cards, I told them to do it via skrill, they said just put the minimum deposit amount via skrill 20€ and we will transfer the money to you for withdrawal!!! Guess classic they are lying to me and now they are asking for identification probably we will never get the money because I don't see the identification being done on time also I am a streamer I won the amount when I did live so 400-500 people have seen it...if I don't get paid I probably will lose a lot of customers

well if you're a streamer, you should know that it's pretty normal that every time a new type of payment option is used for withdrawal, it needs to be verified first - this is done by a minimum deposit. That's normal. Don't worry. It's also a usual thing that a player needs to successfully pass the account verification (the KYC).

I suggest you keep calm and cooperate with the casino. 🙂

Yeah a know but my point is that they ask more despoits to get the money and when you request withdraw,they want to verify your account in the first day that you open ....never mind

Supposedly the issue with card withdrawals was said to be fixed on 10/9.

Well, I do not understand why would the casino ask for more deposits to get the money, outside of verification. I read your complaint and to me, it seems, that to be able to use skrill other documents are necessary, well just guessing, of course, the casino should explain both of your points.

Do we know if we are taxed this money guys here in Greece or do they keep / pay the tax ??

From a research that I did I can tell you this. Every licensed casino keeps the taxes at the withdrawal (to our country at least). So I think you will be ok. If there is anything else I can help you with,let me know.

The thing is that I have made quite a few withdrawals and deposits but net profit may be close to 1500-2000 in total

I read in various articles that as soon as the casino is licensed under Greek law, the tax is kept by the casino and we do not need to do anything on our part. So I think you're covered.

The casino has a black list from what I've seen 😕
