From casino zeus (the official platform) they report that this email is not official. You can check it by contacting support (there are many people who have already done it and they confirmed that it does not belong to the platform) that is, it is not official
Honestly, I have to say, I'm not following your point at all. Yet, obviously, you are quite misleading players when you pretend to be part of Casino Guru while you are NOT.
Additionally, I recognize that this statement is highly manipulative and against our policies. "Yes oporte.casinozeus@gmail.com It is an official email from the casinozeus platform Why do you say you were scammed?"
Due to that, I'm hiding your post and closing both of your accounts. Further actions will depend on your collaboration and explanation.
People! Be careful with this
Through contacts I received the information from someone who "supposedly" was from Zeus support. They scammed me $600,000 Argentine pesos, telling me that if I put in that money they would credit my prize. They pretend to be official casino people but they are all scammers who one day will pay. Be very careful who you contact, in my case it didn't happen overnight. It was a whole month and something super intricate that seemed true, in the end they wanted to continue asking me for money but I ended up blocking them. Be very careful if they ask you for money, DON'T GIVE IT TO THEM.
"Tomas julianni" is the name of the person who poses as a casino agent (or so the email says).
Gente!
Hello,
I'm truly sorry you've been scammed. We take great responsibility for keeping the forum safe, and I'm glad you shared this experience, even though the outcome is sad.
Never believe anybody outside the official casino structure (preferably only the official email, or chat), especially if such people ask for money.
It's bad you had to learn such a lesson the hardest way. 🙁
Frankly, I'm not convinced there is a solution to your current situation. Can you at least try chargeback? It's just an idea, though I'm not very familiar with whether it's even possible just like that.
How could I try to return the charge?
Exactly, that email is not official. What happens is that these people have "accurate" information about your plays, expenses and income, so they convince you on that side and also play with desperation. It's a long story, but for anyone reading, don't trust ANYONE WHO ASKS YOU FOR MONEY TO PAY THE PRIZE.
I have no idea how you can go about claiming this or if you could act as an intermediary.
I would say that such a situation could be dealt with the bank regarding the chargeback. Maybe try to ask there whether it is possible or not. I would probably try all the options that would be available although I am not sure what would follow after that.
Obviously I am very sorry that a similar situation has arisen and that it has turned out this way. But that being said, you have to be very careful in cases like this and look at the details and certainly don't trust until you verify that the person is actually working for a particular casino.
I hope nothing like this happens to you again.
