I can see the casino was updated on 21st October 2021 on our website. It's possible that the live chat has been available when the casino was updated. Even the part in their contact details sounds like they had a live chat there, but apparently, that's not the case anymore.

Ayer recibí un correo de una tal Selenne diciendo que me habían recargado mi cuenta con 155 euros pero no hay nada.
Le contesté diciendo que no había recibido nada y que me dijeran por qué no hay chat y ademas me contestaran cuando me pagaban.
No he recibido respuesta ninguna y creo que no contestaran ni pagaran.
Le dais una puntuación muy alta y yo confiaba en Gurú pero nuevamente me he equivocado.
A ver si por lo menos me ayudáis a cobrar los 2.023 euros
