Thank you for your reply. I understand sometimes you don't have to check right away although often it is when you first withdraw. But when you have more withdrawals, I suppose you will have to send some documents eventually if you continue to play here. For now, let's leave that aside until that happens.

I managed to win €9,000. On 24/11 I made 3 withdrawals of €500 and after 2 weeks and 2 days they still haven't verified the withdrawals... I already received €3,000 and it took 11/14 days to deposit the money but they verified it immediately. I hope this problem is resolved quickly...

I see that everyone has been waiting for quite a long time, but I believe it will soon be over. In your case, it is good that you have already received some money, but waiting for two weeks is not always the most pleasant. Anyway, if nothing changes our team will contact the casino and try to do their best. 

I hope this will all be over soon and all players, including you, will get their money. 

The money I received at the time was from another prize of €3000, this is another case.
