i personally never take bonusses just to avoid all these misunderstoodings .in rarely cases when i lose big i take the bonus just to cool off and in my mind i am not playing to win .just deposit double what you will ing to play and be free with everything.that is my openion.

I agree. From my point of view, this whole situation was handled pretty weirdly by the casino, it drew quite a picture. I doubt such an approach addresses players in a positive way 😀.
