upd: Before making a deposit, I asked in the chat whether players from Belarus were allowed to play at casinerx casino and they told me that it was allowed. All communications with casinerx support have been saved. So the representative's response to my review is a lie. On top of all this: now my messages are ignored in live chat. And they never responded to my email messages.
You may note that positive reviews are given by one-day accounts, with only one review for this casino. I find this quite suspicious.
Because the casino is terrible. I won $400, in the chat they told me to send documents for verification, which I did. The next day I checked with the casino to see if they had received my documents and how long the verification process would take. They answered me: yes, we received it, the process will take up to 48 hours. This was the last message from them. There is no talk of any withdrawal of funds, because they didn’t even check the documents and simply ignore my messages (by email, in live chat - complete ignore). I signed up and completed the registration as required. After that I tried to get the €10 no Depp bonus in the live chat or I just asked politely for it. Despite multiple attempts and polite speeches, I was not even given an answer, which I frankly find very rude and unfriendly.
