Yeah, I feel the same way. I would like to add that stating "IF you believe that this was a mistake, please Contact me via email and I will look into it for you" sounds kind of weird. If I even make such a statement I would be 99% sure I'm correct and all was triple-checked, so there would not be a need to cover my back with a "mistake". But that's just my opinion...
Could possibly be a bug, is there any warning sign or error you getting when you try to withdraw again, perhaps?
