If you're asking me to support your opinion, the casino delays the withdrawals on purpose - I can't do that. Simply because I have no proof, and I also doubt the casino would agree with such an idea. Well, that's a "no-win situation" on both sides.

On the other hand, I understand your concern.

Though this explanation is usually the easiest to make.

This casino is not compliant with the estonian gambling act and law when it comes to responsible gambling not having a session timer and that is a regulatory requirement under estonian gambling act. They ignored my complaint when i have proofs and no answer now...

Hi, I'm sorry for the situation you're in. However, I saw that in your complaint Tomas recommended that you contact the licensing authority. Do you think you'll go for it? 🤔

yes i think i will go for it. I want to see what they say regarding this. What i read in the Estonian gambling act it is a regulatory requirement under responsible gambling section to have the session timer that shows how long you have been playing continously when you login and start a new session.


I will update when or if i will get any reply from the regulator

Oh yes, I see that you have already mentioned that there must be something like this in the casino under this particular licensing authority. 

Anyway, thank you for keeping us updated and I wish you a fair resolution of the case. 🙂

hello. got the reply from the regulator and would like to reopen my case here now to try to settle this here before going to court with my proposalfile

Hi, you can reopen your complaint, but I don't know if it will help you based on what they wrote you. So can I know why you would want to reopen it ? 

However, when the authority wrote that you can go to court, will you go to this option ?
