it is normal if: your VIP status is defined by the amount you have deposited over a certain period of time.

In that case, lucky players tend to deposit less often due to higher account balances, so eventually, due to that, their VIP status gets lower because they don't need to add more money.

To see if my explanation makes sense, I would ask the casino. Since it might operate somewhat differently, it is best to get full and proper explenation diectly from the casino staff.

I hate to say it in such a quick succession, but with all respect, properly licensed casinos just do not need to "rig" the game. As long as the house edge is always on the casino's side, the longer you play, the more likely you are to end up without money. The nightmare of making my withdrawal at Boomerang Casino continues. First, the withdrawal process takes 5 days at most, then 4 days!!! To receive the money, there's a "transfer process" (yes, of course). Then the process begins when your account is verified, and now the process isn't 5 days, as they've been telling me endlessly. It's not the 96-hour process, and the department works from 6:00 to 5:00 pm, meaning it would take 8 business days, in fact, almost 9. Then the next step, where they just told me that if it takes more than 4 days, it's not their responsibility. This is unheard of and simply astounds me. The surprising thing is that this is my first withdrawal. Who at that company would have this type of policy? It's obvious they're not going to get more customers this way.
