There is a big misunderstanding because there is no such problem with user "robertorrx" in Booi casino.
As far as I can see it was another case, the player had an issue with the first payout on Pix, our support asked him to submit a new withdrawal request on Pix but instead of this, the player tried to withdraw his winnings to AstroPay account. It was restricted and the player has lost funds while playing. On January 18th the player has closed his account in Booi casino.
I assume that all next complaints are related to another casino.

Can you provide the passport? Because if so, there is no problem at all, I guess.
Did you know, that some casinos even do not require verification until your withdrawal or balance hit a certain threshold, other casinos simply ask for a further security check, however, the reason can be the same. There are also unscheduled random checks, that's normal too.
I'd say that it's shadier not to cooperate during the KYC, don't you think? 🙂

To me, it seems that the casino simply needs an additional personal document to verify you. Did you tell them that you don't have the password?
