betmaster problems Withdraw (page 7)

I have now managed to get all my SEK 25,000 from Betmaster. Incredible !! What a journey this has been. Started a Crypto wallet at Coinbase got paid in BTC which I converted to Euro and then took out to Paypal to then transfer them from there to my account.

Hope it works out for the rest of you too. This has been a difficult month to say the least. But they did the right thing in the end anyway.

I'm happy for you even though it's hard to believe that this is something you have to go through just in order to receive the money that you won. Anyways, it only confirms my advice that I often give to players dealing with various complaints. I always say that if the casino communicates with you and doesn't deny your right to get the money that you won, you should always follow their instructions. At the end of the day, you'll probably get your money, which is what matters the most. Then you can decide if you consider their processes as OK or if you just prefer to close your account and play elsewhere. If you decide to close your account, it's always better to close it with the money in your pocket 🙂

Glad you are not sitting alone in this tragic boat. Sits with a balance of circus 22,000 sec and has enormous difficulties getting these out. Tested with everything in the form of withdrawals via mastercard, started up a new account with nordea when the support said that it was Swedbank (my main bank) that failed. Until I finally got the opportunity to make a deposit via crypto to then be able to withdraw my total balance in cryptocurrency. Have been sitting for 5 days so far when their so-called specialists will get their thumbs out and open up so I can make this withdrawal. How long did you have to wait? Is there anything you can do to make this go faster?

Hello I played for months on betmaster there was always a problem or the withdrawal button was blocked or there were always problems ... Now that I want to make a deposit they don't make me do it because all of a sudden they no longer accept mastercards but cryptocurrency ... I think they are incorrect

Hello guys. Also have the same problem as you, however, I am waiting to be verified. But it feels like I already know what awaits me haha. Has about 3k euros that are not withdrawn just yet. Have not used any bonuses or so without pure deposit from my account and directly to casino games. Saw in the thread that the best way to get money back is through crypto currencies. Does it work even if you made your first deposit with instant bank?

I do not think you can withdraw with cryptocurrencies if you did not make a deposit with that method

Hm, I don't think you can do that automatically, but maybe the casino will suggest this to you. You can ask for the standard withdrawal back to your bank and wait. If you start facing some issues, you can ask the casino if it would be more comfortable to send it using cryptocurrencies.

Hey. How did you make your first deposit?

From my experience with sports betting, the withdrawel process is always hard. The casinos/bookmakers are just trying to make it as painfull as possible for the customer to withdraw their money, hoping they will leave it in their account and lose it later on. It is a dirty way of making money, but it seems to work for them, otherwise they wouldn't do it like that. In my experience if you keep the pressure on them, and keep contacting them through live chat, calling or sending emails you will be able to withdraw your money in the end.

Honestly, not all the casinos do it and we noted many cases in recent months where casinos actually want to process the withdrawal, but they have issues with their payment processors. For example the casinos don't have any license or they have the license from Curacao, but they accept players from the UK. When the UK player requests a withdrawal, they send the money, but the player's bank doesn't accept it, because they don't want to accept money from casinos that don't have the UK license etc.

If you play in a well known casinos that is even licensed in your country, you won't face these issues.

Daniel, how do you experience that with Bet365. I have played a lot on Bet365, they are a well known, if not the biggest bookmaker. They do everything in their power to make the withdrawel process hard. Not saying all of the bookmakers do, but I think most of the bookmakers will make it hard for you. But never impossible 😉 They are obligated to pay you after all.

Of course it's a stupid strategy. I think they just do it, because they haven't got experienced management and they simply don't know how the business works.

jipii, just wrote to them in the chat on betmaster and asked how my case went. Their answer was that withdrawals were now available. I have made withdrawals of 3000 euros. But you could only do 500 at a time. And 25 euros fee for every 500 men charged. Now we can only hope that they really get into the account as well

25eur fee for every 500? That's 5% fee for every withdrawal. How's that even possible? 😲 What type of payment method do you use?

But the withdraw went succesfully. But today im not able to withdraw again. They turned the withdraw bottom off. I had like 3k and 2k was day limit. So it looks looks like they want me to spend the 1k thats left. Lol

I'm wondering, can you try to ask their support why the withdrawal button is off? 😀

Hello I am writing to you because I have problems with withdrawing on the betmaster site, I have been trying to withdraw for a week but they always send me the usual message on my mobile "We have not been able to withdraw your funds from the Betmaster account. Please try again or contact support if the problem persists. " I contacted them via chat at customer service and their answer is that they have problems with the proofider .. more than a week, then since they changed payment management from reinvent ltd (which after 4 days credited the winnings on the card) to card2card strange things happen, as soon as you make the withdrawal, the money is immediately credited to the current account where the credit card is placed then after 3 days the money passes from the account to the card but the monthly statement is not there .. you can to help ? There is a way to change the withdrawal method and have it credited to the Postpay Mastercard. I still have 400 euros to withdraw. Thanks I await response
