The same thing happened to me

Hey, can you please be more specific and tell me who exactly you are responding to so I know? What happened to you in the casino? 

I have problems withdrawing my money. It tells me that the way I made the recharge cannot be withdrawn. I put in another recharge to open my spei account and I put it in and they did the same thing to me. I had to use up all the money I put in and I still haven't withdrawn.

Have you tried to contact the support, though?

They should be able to help, I believe.
